The Accelerated Teaching Method developed by Jeanine McGregor is the foundation of FCA's academic programs. Prior to enrollment, placement testing is required for students in Kindergarten through 6th Grade. 7th through 12th Grades will take the released TAKS. This proactive approach creates built in mastery which:

• promotes students "ahead of the timeline",
• allows them to begin the next level of curriculum prior to the end of the academic year,
• and enables them to achieve early mastery at multiple levels within their peer group class.

This model also provides discretionary time for mastery skill development when students encounter a learning plateau. The result enables students to operate above grade level, which is conducive to higher Standardized Testing scores.

NOTE: Beginning with the 2011-2012 school year, uniforms are required for grades K5 and higher. Contact the school for information regarding where to purchase uniforms - we are very flexible!
